Easy, but hilly 5 miler
I ran my morning run at an easy tempo, except for pushing up hills. A little bit of knee pain this time... Probably to be expected, since my legs are still returning to previous strength. Heel and ankle coming along fairly well.

*fingers-crossed* that your knee pain doesn't turn like my knee pain. I think I'm on 8 or 9 weeks of this chronic business in my right knee...comes and goes, mostly on longer runs. I'm finally giving up and planning to probably take the entire rest of the week off from running...doing more quad work, maybe getting in some miles on my bike (since that doesn't seem to bother it at all).
Right now my first marathon (10/5) is looking like a potential no-go. *sigh*
